Distinguished Gentleman Experience (Ages 9–11) — $220. 5th & 6th Grade Cotillion Social Leadership - $375. 7th & 8th Grade Cotillion Leadership & Presence - $375. 9th-11th Grade Cotillion Premier Society - $395
